Areas Addressed In The Development Patterns
CoordiClass has been developed to follow the normal developmental patterns of the sensory motor skills and to provide movement breaks that target the areas of the brain to encourage optimal concentration. Every set of exercises for a fortnight addresses:
- Head movements to trigger the vestibular-proprioceptive system
- Brain bridging
- Balance and rhythm
After completing the four exercises, students will be ready to focus and pay attention.
Random movements and exercises do not necessarily have the same or ideal effect on concentration as some children end up being overwhelmed if the movement break escalates to chaos in the class. CoordiClass prevents this by providing the correct movements in a controlled manner to encourage calmness and focused attention.
Easy As 1, 2, 3!
A recorded training webinar is included and the class follows the model in the video. Directions are provided on the video for older students to read or for teachers of younger children to read aloud.
A recorded training webinar is also available for all teachers using the program to make life even easier – teachers can listen to this on their own time and refer back to it at any time.
